Shipping Policy

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders above Rs.799/-. You do not have to pay any shipping charges on order above Rs.799/- placed on www.cutestationery.in

From our side, the order is shipped within 1-2 working days, i.e. maximum of 48 hours. Once the order is shipped we do provide the tracking number on email and whatsapp to keep the process transparent.

All the orders are delivered either through DTDC/ Indian Speed Post. 98% of the orders are sent via DTDC and only few orders are sent via Indian Speed Post (if the location is remote areas/ villages)

We ship all the orders from Jaipur, Rajasthan (Pin Code 302004) Generally the orders are delivered within 3-5 days after shipment. The delivery can be delayed from 1-2 days (only if the location is remote) but it is purely vested with the courier companies. We'll provide the tracking number and you can track your order at any time. 

 

 In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
