cutestationery.in is an online store. We do not have any offline store. All the Terms & Conditions are applied to any and every product that is purchased via website www.cutestationery.in or placed through our Social Media, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Whatsapp.

Any purchase made by you through our website/ social media shall signify your acceptance to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the supply terms, please do not access the website or any other official asset of cutestationery.in for any purchase. 

We at cutestationery.in are building a platform that facilitate the online sale and purchase of stationery, home decor and other related products. Depending on the product, some are handmade and some are offered to us by third party vendors and service providers. We pass the products to our customers directly as we receive it from the vendors.

www.cutestationery.in is an individual website and it has right to change or discontinue any service at any time, without any notice. In case any such thing happens, the customers will not be disturbed in the process. We assure that customers will not face any issues related to their orders.

cutestationery.in enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping/ Offers for all the products on the website will be as per the policy, which may be changed by us from time to time.

In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us through our email cutestationery.in@gmail.com or contact us on whatsapp at +91 8769245627. For any refunds/ exchanges, the request should be sent within 2 days of receiving the order along with an unboxing video.

We do not offer any cancellations/ returns. Also we do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.

All the pricing information related to the product will be disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.

We at cutestationery.in strives to provide accurate information of our products and services including pricing info, typographical error or any other error that may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, cutestationery.in may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions via the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel the order after the payment has been processed from your side, the entire amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made, within 2 working days.

Your shipping address and pin code should be correct. We might reach out to you on your number/ email i.e. the data provided by you for address related queries, if any. Order will be dispatched within 1-2 days and shall reach out to you within 3-7 days based on the location. Tracking details will be provided on given contact number/ email address within 2 days of the payment (as soon as we'll receive the details from the courier company)

Please note the standard warranties and the conditions for usage of the products in relation to each product, if any. We'll not entertain any claim related to warranty of any product.
